Marketing: Enchanted Island
Enchanted Island cares for their customers: Kids! And they want to provide FUN for a whole lot more! Increased marketing via greater social interaction is what they were looking for. But they already had their hands full. And they weren’t interested in bringing on more staff to achieve this.
They were involved in existing marketing strategies that involved their website and their associated email list (which is now over 12k). They’d done well with that but wanted to expand into more channels, leveraging social media for example, so that they could connect with more potential customers wherever those customers were engaging.
How Friendly Fish Media Helped
The project is ongoing, established as monthly consultation. This includes blog development with regular updates and commenting, email design and broadcasts, layout and design of printed materials and advertisements, a Deal site (similar to the Groupon business model) developed for exceptional specials that both increase interest and numbers, and regular social media monitoring. A self-hosted blog is being developed to offer additional control, SEO, exposure and revenue streams.
